Students Get Bad Start to Christmas Vacation
![]()
Two tour buses carrying students from the Columbia Basin Job Corps near Moses Lake, Washington slid down an ice covered street in
Seattle, crashing through barriers and coming to a stop before tumbling to the busy interstate below.
The front end of each bus is hanging over I-5 in Seattle, causing the closure of two lanes and causing a traffic backup.
As shaken students escaped the buses, a third bus in the tour was waved way from the dangerous hill on Seattleās steep Denney Way.
There are no serious injuries reported among the students, ranging in age from 15 to 24.
Fire officials have stated that the busses are stable and are not expected to fall over the side onto Interstate 5.

Like the new layout - too bad we’re all about to get relegated to one kind though…
